Daddy’s Day Present: Mommy & Ripken had fun making this on their days together during the week. Everytime Rip saw something that looked like this he would say “Mommy, remember when we did that?” Daddy was always near by so Mommy had to down play her answer every time. And when Daddy saw it for the first time he was very excited. Although he did have a classic Dad response: “What is it?” And for those of you out there that are asking the same thing, it’s a stepping stone for outside 🙂

Ripken’s new racetrack: This was another consolation prize Rip received during our latest trip to Target. Seems like it’s impossible for us to take Rip there without some kind of prize going home with us. Our neighbor Hannah dropped by one day to play and she was just as excited about this toy as Ripken. Daddy is pretty interested in it too. He’s started a study to determine which one of Rip’s cars is the fastest. I think he’s planning on suckering the Beebe family into a contest…and planning on giving Bumpa the slowest car. Oh, I’m going to be in so much trouble for foiling his plans…

Ripken’s award from school: We just picked this up from school yesterday. Looks like Ripken has been “working the system” at home. All this time he has been acting like he couldn’t put on his socks or shoes. Hmmm….I wondering what else he can do but is acting like he can’t…
